My husband and I had THE worst experience with this company. Pinnacle Nissan is a terrible terrible place. They lied to us about add on warranty, charged a higher interest rate than deserved. Wayne, Reggie and Jason (the new used car sales manager) lied about trade in value, contract. Soooo much. So upsetting. We were reluctant return buyers. This is a terrible place. Weird that the dealer can alter the deal AFTER we signed. Customer service is shit. Sales people are pleasant but pushy, don't really care about customer's needs, they just care about making the sale. Nissan makes great cars, but this dealership is not trustworthy. Get your Nissan from a different dealership.
My husband and I have a huge issue with Pinnacle Nissan! If they had a 0 rating then thats what we would give! Right now I am trying to get this resolved through Anna but she doesnt seem to be too concerned about it!!! Very slow at returning email responses! After reading all these negative reviews we are about ready to take your advice and call the Attorney General!

Don’t like dealerships but had a great experience at Pinnacle. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new car. I recommend Tyler Moosman 👍
First time buyer and everyone there was fantastic. I felt comfortable and they made sure that I understood everything that was going on including the paperwork. I highly recommend pinnacle Nissan.
