Horrible experience at this dealership. They made multiple “errors”, each of which made the price of the vehicle go up after we’d agreed on a price and begun paperwork. The used car we were trying to buy had $1600 in add ons that were non negotiable, and not included in the listed price of the vehicle, because they had been “already added to the vehicle”. These guys are complete garbage! I had a great car buying experience a couple of years ago but for the last eight months they have been harassing me via phone call. I’ve visited them about a year ago because they were so great the first time but they were unable to work a deal. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT do business with this dealership! We just bought a certified used (which they said was inspected and approved to be certified) and have had problems. Problems which they should fix and they won’t. We also bought the MPP... another waste of money as it won’t cover anything. To have a 2015 which only had 24k miles on it and to have this many issues 7 months later is unacceptable. Pinnacle Nissans management should be ashamed of themselves. Piss poor!
Very bad customer interaction in dealing with upset customers... Plus the fact the vehicle I traded in was not paid off in full, so I am left with what was still owed on the vehicle before I can get a paid off statement for it, pis poor customer service is all I can say...
Simply dishonest Bait and Switch dealership. Drove miles to buy new Nissan at price quoted and salesman and manger wanted $1,800 more than quoted price. Left to buy Nissan at anther dealership. Lying is not an acceptable business practice but apparently no one has told Pinnacle Nissan.
