I had a great experience at the dealership and my salesman Mitch was amazing. I love my car that I bought and they made this whole process pretty easy. I walked away with a new friend who really displayed a caring demeanor that day.
Shit I wouldn't even give these people one star!! They are horrible! They promised us something that they couldn't deliver on, and ran my husband credit on a car he didn't even apply for. Sal...he is the worse of all of them. Promising me that he, personally, would be able to refinance the car after 6 months. Turns out that was a lie. He should be fired for all the shit he told me and promised me! Horrible horrible horrible! The general manager ain't worth shit either.
If you buy a vehicle from Pinnacle Nissan, be prepared for a lifelong relationship. After receiving multiple calls to buy a new car, I asked to be put on their do not call list...the calls keep coming. Got a call last week, got a call today, I imagine I’ll get a call next week. I prefer companies with ethics and integrity.
Honestly I don’t even know where to begin. I am highly disappointed, disgusted and filled with so many mixed emotions I can’t even begin to explain how unhappy I am. I bought out my lease with Walter Dolan and he is truly an amazing guy. You wanna buy a vehicle, go see Walter Dolan. He is top notch, but the reason for only three stars is their service department. They were very rude. I really hate writing negative reviews but the managers really need it pointed out to them that the service department men made me feel stupid and small with how they were choosing to speak to me.
