Currently have a vehicle thru them. Looked into upgrading. And I inquired about one and all I got was the run around.Told them I'll take my business elsewhere
My brother made a deal with pinnacle nissan. Two weeks later they call him that he required a down payment of $5,000 or return the truck! So he told we'll I can take you the truck but he would need a ride back home. He got there at 5pm and I had to go pick him up at 9pm. They would not give him a ride home or tell him that they could not give him a ride home!!
Our Sales Consultant, Dion, was great and did his very best under a very difficult situation caused by management. Kudos to him! The management team has no concept of how to provide a positive customer service experience. We felt very inconvenienced and deceived. What should have been a 3 hour process was in excess of 7 hours. Ugh!!
Nice people there, great sales women, Payton.. She is so wonderful and amazing. Ask for her when getting a car. And Michael in finance was great. Good dealership company.
Tried to screw me on a very high interest rate and 72 month payment because of my young age. Both cars I looked at were marked 4 grand over blue book.
Best car buying experience we've ever had! We are from out of town and was able to complete 99% of the process long distance. Only spent 2 hours at the dealership finalizing the sale and waiting for our new Armada to be prettied up for our drive home. Everyone we dealt with through this process was very respectful, responsive, thorough, and paid attention to what WE wanted. We will definitely be back!
I've owned a 2014 Altima since I purchased it new at Pinnacle Nissan; had it serviced and just traded it in fort a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL................I have been pleased each and every time with the services, the interaction with the Sales Team and General Manager, Matt, and his internet sales staff.
