My wife and I have owned with Bluegreen for years and never been able to use it. There is never any availability. I have contacted them many times to resolve the issues but they do not care. This is the worst decision we have ever made. It has hurt or family financially. We have paid the mortgage off and had to vacation elsewhere. I offered to give it back to them and pay the title transfer fees and they would not accept. If their product was so great and in such demand why would they not take it back for free.

I was shocked to see negative reviews about this company. I have been to several of their resorts and have found them for the most part to be excellent and an amazing value for our families annual vacations.

We were asked to buy, we said no...then they kept coming back with better deals to the point when it was a super deal! Problem is they lied about everything. Everything they promised was a lie...Would never ever work with this company again.

I was traveling with Choice Hotels quite frequently in the past year and a half; during a phone call to the Choice Hotels customer service I was offered a stay for $198 at a BlueGreen Vacation resort plus $150 gift card. I WAS told that we would have a 2 hour presentation for a timeshare. I was told that we would be in the timeshare hotel during this call. With out going to details on all the issues I have encountered with this company, I would like to comment by saying that I am also a victim just like many of the members who are posted their reviews on this page. I was told my maintenance fee would be about $302 per year with a maximum rate increase of 3-5% per year but sent me the first bill close to $1000.00 including a hidden fee never been mentioned. Would no way purchase a timeshare from this company when finding out upon our arrival for our mini vacation that our accommodations had been canceled by Bluegreen. Hotel Manager told us that do to the fact that they would of had to upgrade us in the hotel, because Bluegreen failed to book the extra night I had purchased 4 months prior to our arrival, Bluegreen canceled our reservation the day before our arrival.

Bluegreen Resort Corporation, you continue to slap my wife and I in the face. We just received a phone call from your Customer Care team, this time the individual identified himself as a manager but in the many conversations with your Customer Care, I have asked for a manager to be told that there is not one. Per the voice mail, the person said "Nothing can be done because nothing appeared to be wrong with your contract". Very poor business with a very good sales team. They sure make you feel like you are getting value for your money but when you try to use points you can not get in anywhere. After 2 years of trying to use points to get in to a resort I went for an owner review. The advised me that I had just lost 7000 of my points the previous day because I had not used them. VERY BIG RIP OFF. Do not fall in to their trap. They are very convincing and make it sound like a good deal. IT IS NOT A GOOD DEAL.
