Please DO NOT purchase timeshares from this company unless you want to just give your hard earned money away. When they are doing their sales pitches, they make it sound like so wonderful! We try to get reservations on line and there are never available. I called Bluegreen and even offered to give the timeshare back to them for FREE! We were willing to take a big loss just to get out of the maintance fees. We have both become disabled since we purchased it and can't travel much anymore! They refused to take it back!

Extremely aggressive sales tactics. Misrepresenting the product. As in that you will be wholly unable to make any reservations before a 12 month period, without paying additional funds to buy more points. You will never be able to just pick up the phone and call for a reservation and make one on the spot - as told by sales reps- you will be put off for 6 to 12 months or coerced to purchase additional points to add to the points you have just to get a reservation in one of the resorts you supposedly "own" by right of the huge... read more

Wow! We listened to a presentation in Gatlinburg, TN and was presented with a certificate to receive a $100 after staying in a Comfort Suite hotel within a year per the representatives oral agreement. Then we looked at the certificate closer and it was 6 months later in very small print. After several calls, sending the documentations three times (two by mail and one email) we were snookered. Was convinced to purchase a basic vacation package with a promise for an upgrade. When trying to reserve the upgrade they would not apply the already purchase $149 package to the $399 package. When trying to get my money refunded within the 30 days I had to get very forceful with third person on the phone who tried to talk me out of it.

My wife and I went to the Bluegreen resort in Las Vegas in 2015 for our honeymoon. We attended their 2 hour sales presentation, which turned into 5 hours. Their sales pitch was very convincing. In short, we were promised the world with all we could do with our membership, and all we got was a bucket of sand! Their sales tactics are very deceptive and basically, they will LIE to you in a heartbeat in order to make a sale.
