The worst hydra facial I've ever encountered. I was not given a Form to complete any medicals, the steamer was gimmicky like the hand held one at home. I had to keep turning my face from side to side. Its heat couldn't be regulated, my face was literally on fire! The machine was old and rusty. Not sure the moisturisers have ever been changed at all. The entire procedure was like a DIY Youtube. Couldn't wait to leave.
