Found the perfect tree at the last minute thanks to Luke, who really went above and beyond to help me. Xmas tree shopping is usually a chore but it was easy this year! Great to have pines and needles in fortune green finally.
Wonderful place to buy a tree. Thanks so much Cosi for all your help in helping me select the tree, for handling it with such care, and for being so pleasant while doing so. It looks great in the living room and the family (always hard to please!) are happy! See you next year!
Christmas tree shopping was so pleasant thanks to a lovely gentleman named Luke. He helped me carry my tree to my car for me! Great experience!
Fantastic service. The best tree I've ever had. I was looked after by two lovely guys Luke and Kofi. They were super helpful and even entertained my young daughter. Will definitely go again next year.
Our Xmas tree shopping at Pines and Needles West Hampstead couldn't have been better. Despite it pouring with rain Luke helped us to choose our ideal one. Kofi sawed the end and wrapped it up perfectly and Denzel helped us pick our decorations. They were all very polite, cheerful and I couldn't recommend them more.
