I bought a tree from the Hampstead Heath branch where I found the service simply awful, we waited for around 10 minutes for 3 employees to assist just one customer, there was no requirement for this and it made my family and I wait an unnecessary amount of time. We spent in excess of £60 on a 6ft tree that sadly we threw away yesterday as it had died. Despite our best efforts to keep it alive it was simply a bad tree and shouldn’t have been sold.
