I am very disappointed in my visit today. As the Doctor came into the office room he wouldn’t look at me Just was taking notes, then when I tried to tell him my symptoms he quickly suggested a Motrin shot and I told him I think it’s probly more then that, he got offended and tried to walk out the door. I asked respectfully please can you tell me about what I was feeling. I have been to this urgent care a couple times now & have never had this bad of experience. But I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. I am in the medical field myself and was asking for simple documentation of the level of burn I received. The doctor was absolutely refused to document it even though he said multiple times it’s a second degree burn. The staff was rude I will never go here again & I will be reporting the dr for improperly documenting & filing a claim with my insurance about them not treating me p... read more
Keep up the good work! Don't lose sight of what you do best and always stay friendly and up beat. It goes a long way with people that are sick!! While the other places have gone downhill with their service it's good to see a place that cares. Added hours would be great too �
We use Pine Knob Urgent Care for sports physicals each summer before school starts. They always provide fast and friendly service. No appointment needed.
The staff is great very polite and they were fast but I was not happy with the doctor that seen me . Now I know I'm not a doc but I know he did not do enough to help me was not ally at all would not see him every again . But the nurses and the rest of the staff was amazing and helpful
I came here twice last week, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Super clean and everyone was friendly. Worth driving to from Burton.
Awesome staff! Pleasant experience if you have to go to urgent care!
