They were quick and friendly only waited for about 5 minutes in the lobby. Dr was even quick to come in my room. Thank you for telling me to go to McLaren er also. They were all quick friendly and I was only in there for 3 hours and back home resting!!
This hidden gem is great! Clean rooms, excellent care, no wait times, and perfect staff! It's nice to be treated by happy, friendly, and knowledgeable staff!! So glad we found this place! Thanks Pine Knob Urgent Care!
Went on my break at work and was in and out. Staff was very nice and Dr. Rick actually listened to me and gave me everything I needed to get better. I've been sick for 5weeks and I finally feel like I'm on the mend.
Went in at 8:40 out by 9:10! Front desk and Nurse was very friendly, the Dr. was very caring and thorough. In our conversation he mentioned that he had 30 years of ER experience. (So he's obviously experienced!) Highly recommend this Urgent Care!
Was in and out in no time!!!! Very nice staff!!! This is the place I will come to when I need urgent care in the future!!!
We've been there 3 times now and have been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff.
