I called 8/9 at 830 PM trying to find a facility to check my daughters ear thinking she had an ear infection. She had a fever of 103. After I called , waited on hold for 6 minutes , was told by a really rude lady how they don’t see fever patients and that my daughter would have to get covid testing first but they were booked. This is my mom, they won’t help her and took advantage of her. Her insurance was billed wrong code and their dr is the only one who can fix it. They said it’s out of their hands. Attorneys will be involved.
My daughter had a horrible headache and nausea and waited more than 45 minutes to have shots administered!
RecommendedWe came in with what we suspected was a broken arm (my son’s), wanting to avoid the ER. In these times, we weren’t sure what to expect but they were taking all the appropriate measures while providing an atmosphere that wasn’t tense. So happy with our choice to come here. We had an amazing experience at Pine Knob Urgent Care... my teen had an awful burn from the grill... the entire facility was spotless, staff was welcoming & helpful, and medical team took care of her quickly and had us on our way in no time! Thank you for a great experience... we will most definitely be back!

This is by far the best urgent care I have been to. I live 20 mins away in Grand Blanc, and gladly drive to this urgent care over any other. Their staff is professional, friendly and caring. The wait isn't long either. I had my covid test here this past Friday. Stacie Muha Szamiel did my test and made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through it the entire time... "Doing ok"? I went today to get a COVID-19 antibody test at Pine Knob Urgent Care. The antibody tests to see if you have or ever had traces of the COVID-19 virus. This helps to determine if you’re immune to the virus. The staff was amazing, the office was spotless, and they were following all COVID-19 protocol. I did not have to wait long at all.
