I am highly dissatisfied with your practice of business. My daughter was seen on 10/16/19 in your Clarkston center. I received no receipt, no EOB which means no proof of attempt to even bill my insurance, and absolutely zero correspondence from your office following that visit. Until today... when I received a collections notice for the outstanding balance for the visit with no itemized legitimacy for the charges. Horrible experience waited to see anyone for a hour and fifteen minutes with two toddler boys. I had to say something before the doctor came. Then he refused to treat one of my kids. I used to like this place, not anymore. Good job Rick.
Went in last week to get a steroid shot for my eczema break out and the staff was absolutely amazing. They listened to what I was saying and listened to the route of treatment I preferred without trying to steer me in a different direction like a lot of other doctors do. I was in and out in under an hour if not 45 minuets. I even received a follow up call checking up on how I was doing. Some of the best care I’ve ever been given at any doctors or urgent care. Will definitely be making the drive back out if need be!
