Extremely kind, both the staff at the reception and the doctors. Smiling, accommodating, professional, and above all extremely fast. There's no need of an appointment. Amazing. Results are sent both to your doctor and to your personal email (if you so choose).
I was honestly a bit anxious before coming because of the mixed reviews here, but my experience was the complete opposite. The woman at reception was extremely competent, patient and friendly. The medical staff who saw me were also very professional, listened carefully and made me feel taken seriously. Waiting time was short too, around 20-30 minutes. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you for the kind and thorough care. ☺️
Obwohl uns am Telefon zugesichert wurde, einen 7 Wochen alten Säugling (in der Schnupfen-, Husten-, Grippezeit) nicht warten zu lassen, war das nicht der Fall. Wir mussten die reguläre Wartezeit absitzen. Rezeptionsdame verständnislos, Ärztin nett.
Ich war am Dienstag dort wegen eines Streptokokken-Abstrichs, da dieser gegen Ende der Schwangerschaft empfohlen wird. Es waren sehr viele Menschen da – über 20 Personen haben gewartet, daher dachte ich zuerst, dass ich lange warten müsste. Kinder und Schwangere wurden jedoch vorgereiht, was ich sehr positiv fand.
