I was at work while the inspection was being conducted. I loved the fact that I was able to receive pictures and explanations that was very thorough. Jason was extremely helpful and very informative
I cannot emphasize enough how much you should NOT use this home inspector. I reached out September/October 2023 to this company while buying a home during a company relocation. I was not physically present for the inspection which is probably my fault but I was buying from out of state. I got a report back which showed some concerns but since then I've spent over $10,000 on issues related to HVAC, Electrical, and gas lines including but not limited to an HVAC system installed incorrectly, gas line covers cemented shut or rem... read more
