Took my watch to get a new spring bar fitted to the strap and the clasp wouldn’t stay locked. It was done the next day and the price was ridiculously cheap considering it’s a Rolex. The staff are all really friendly as well Excellent service Excellent prices Would recommend to anyone and I will be using them from now on 5*
I just received my Datejust, following a full service. It was returned in such a wonderful ‘as new’ condition and was exquisitely presented in a black velvet pouch. The cost was reasonable and the service impeccable. I’ve read some reviews that describe the shop owner as ‘less than pleasant’ but I absolutely refute these unfair & false allegations. I firmly believe you reap what you sow.

Took my Tag Monza watch in to be repaired and serviced. They weren't quick but it was worth the wait. The sevice excellent and they did a fantastic job repairing it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
