Our service was okay, seemed a little short staffed for a busy night. Our food was okay, I feel like mine had a whole jar of garlic in it (fettuccine). The drinks were okay, a little messy to drink for being a cocktail (berry one, couldn't even get to the infused berries because of the ice�). Our desserts weren't very good. He wasn't all that impressed with the key lime pie and my carrot cake tasted like it had been frozen before and was dry. Pikes Lnading, was the most wonderful experienc I have had ever in a motel setting. It was welcome ing, like I was coming to visit home...Great and prompt service, good room, breat breakfast. I thought I was dreaming my first day in Alaska. Between the free cookies and coffee, to the original artwork , and then the wonderful employees.. that were soooo friendly and concerned.. answered questions. and went above and beyond what they needed to do.. Food was good. Big crowd made for slower service but we arrived early and ordered beer and had a good conversation with family, so it was a good night.
Waited way too long for service. Waitress ordered the wrong meal for me then waited another half hour for correct order. Had to wait exceptionally long time just to pay the bill after receiving the check. Door was nothing to write home about either
Friendly, super clean, big rooms and an amazing art collection to enjoy
I had one of the best flat iron steaks ever! The seasoning and sear on the steak was top notch. Sitting by the river was super relaxing and fun to watch the boats and wildlife. Hands down, Jeremy was the best waiter and made the meal a very enjoyable experience. Definitely going back.
