I like Pikes. I used to live in Fairbanks many years ago and would eat and drink here fairly often. This trip, My prime rib sandwich was outstanding. Service was good considering how crowded it was.
Yuck, two hours to get our food on two different occasions and was cold and not as good as a fast food restaurant . Asked to see the manager never did come to the table. We had decided to give them anirher chance as we still had a complaint that wasn't taken care of from two years ago where we once again waited almost 2 hours for our food to come. There are way better places on the river such as the Pump House house
Been here a few times, been good until now, dead bugs every where, the waitress seems she was there just for the paycheck, took way too long for my food this time, and it was not very busy, hope you get better.....
Very nice place. Friendly, clean and great location.
I stopped by for a late lunch and been greeted right away, staff were all friendly. However, should there be a limit to talk about personal life when there's clients around. For crying out loud, this is to please clients and make them all happy and welcome. Save all your personal issues and talk it somewhere else for it matters the way you serve customers. Be more focused and attentive... for all we know... tips good when service is good.
I love the steak its so delicious i recommend people to try it out
