I'm sure pikes is a great place to eat at, I used there boat launch
The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, with Alaskan decor and several TVs. By the way, the waiter was excellent. Fun place. Food was good but the appetizer was more appealing. So I'm not complaining. Good service.
The server was very polite and kept our drinks filled.
We always have a great experience when we go to Pikes. They have by far the BEST Halibut burger!!!. I have even asked for a blt, for lunch which is not on the menu, and (It should be!! Just a thought) but I still got it, and It was also AMAZING!!! even though it's a blt. My point is I love this place, definitely my top 3. Me and my husband went for Sunday brunch. First time ever being to pikes. We really enjoyed it up until the end of our visit. Food was great our waitress was helpful, fast, kind. The owner on the other hand was not. I feel that if he wants to yell at an employee and have the conversation that was had then maybe it should be done in private and not RIGHT behind the table of a couple that is trying to enjoy their time there.
Always an amazing experience.... Thank you for making all of our visits better than the last.
I had a bad experience here on Valentine's Day and posted a review. The response from Pikes was not hostile it was very professional and it made me remember that there are still establishments around town that care about the customer. Talk about refreshing. I was very blunt in my post and direct. I want to acknowledge Pikes for dealing with me professionally I will be going back if only for the courtesy they've shown me. Piss poor food and service - don't waste your time or money. Food was extremely overpriced and the waitress kept forgetting our needs.
