They had minimal staff, wouldn't sit tourists in a section they closed (7 extra tables) customers were leaving. And to finalize their burgers fucking suck. At least our waitress Julie was was way better with service than the taste of the food. FYI if you serve burgers they should look like and taste like burgers.
Great food, awesome atmosphere on the frack by the river. We all really enjoyed it!
Had dinner on the deck with my mom the other night and our server Lorraine was absolutely awesome!! We’ve been coming to Pikes for years and it’s basically a summer tradition for my family and we will definitely be back; the food has always been excellent and the service is just repeatedly very good!
Server was new and slow, and the manager watched him struggle and just laughed. Our menus AND appetizer plate were left on our tiny two top table, forcing us to eat our dinner cramped on one side. My husband ordered a medium well stake... he got rare. Like, raw rare. And they took it back, returning it burnt on the outside, still raw on the inside. But it's ok, because we can always redo our anniversary dinner. Oh wait. No we can't. Thanks for making our 5th anniversary a memorable one.

What a disappointment!!! First we were told to seat ourselves which was no big deal until we waited 20 minuets for someone to bring us a menu and water. We decided on the Alaskan Sea Food platter to share as well as a side salad for each. After another 20 minutes I finally asked about our salads he informed us the cooks were running 40 minutes behind which it doesn’t take a cook to put lettuce in a bowl. French Fries were very soggy/greasy, fish was good. The service (our waitress) was very bad, they should hire people that actually care about their job and hence care about the customers. The restaurant needs major TLC, it is not well maintained, dirty, just not very pleasant. I would not got here again.
We visited this place after repeatedly seeing all the advertisements. It was a total waste of time and resulted in complete disappointment. We were seated and ignored by all staff for at least 15 minutes. They did not seem busy or under staffed. Our waitress completely ignored us after seating us. We were not even given menus which should have been our first clue. We had our children with us so our guess is they do not like families.
