We enjoyed the food and the service until we moved outside after dinner. The waitress who took over our service when we moved outdoors, gave us the check for three red wines when I had only taken a few sips of the second glass. After I alerted to the fact that this was my second glass of red wine, she disagreed, saying that it was my third. Then finally agreed to only charge me for two glasses and took my second glass away! Horrible service. Went for dinner and never got asked what we wanted for drinks after sitting there for 20 minutes let alone a menu.
Pike’s has been out go-to place for brunch in Fairbanks for decades. Always reliable, great service, bottomless Mimosas. And now, senior discounts!
We’ve been here before and had a great experience but tonight we were very disappointed. After a long drive from anchorage we were looking to relax. After forgetting the wine and beer we ordered our waitress just brought us whatever she thought which was wrong but we drank it because it took forever to get our drinks and she was playing the blame game on the bartender and kitchen.
