RecommendedI wish Facebook would go back to the 5-star vs. yes or no review rating. The Pier House was overall good. Loved the Beach Bar, loved the Chart room, loved the beach, even loved the transport (golf cart) to the other end of the island. When we reserved a room for our 25th anniversary, the pictures on the website didn't come close to matching the room we had. We paid over $500 a night for a king ocean front room. Great location and beautiful property- love the turtle pond and al the orchids!
Clean, friendly, spacious rooms, and good location with a private beach. Walking distance to everything. Beware of ridiculously thin walls. If you get anyone even a little loud in the rooms next to you, you will hear everything, which leads to zero sleep if they are partying at all hours. That aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Best view in key west lunch is must when we visit the Keys. Service was awesome
The service was horrible. We got our food, it was wrong and we had to wait 45 minutes for the food to be corrected. The food runner had an attitude, just plain terrible the food was great once it was served. It was not busy at all. Our usual server is Linda who is absolutely the best. I hope this is just a one time episode, because we eat there alot
Awesome experience. They did everything to accommodate us and the sunsets were spectacular
