I spoke to Christine the manager. I got another call on the way here. And I called the guy so he can say how he got my info. And how many times I get phone calls off through the night she says she’s gonna talk to her General Manager and get back with me tomorrow: or when somebody is AC isn’t working in the room they’re calling me yelling at me and cursing pissed. Had The Best Vacation Ever with My Bestie!
We loved everything about the Pier House , the location , the private beach , the beach bar/restaurant, the chart room , the Duvall shuttle , housekeeping and the beach attendants. Everyone we encountered there were very friendly and professional.
We sat at the bar the bartender whose name is oli made our experience a memorable one she was the best we totally enjoyed our visit to the pier house I have stayed here many times it’s the best hotel in key west
The most amazing place you could ever want to visit!
Spent last week at the Pier House and LOVED everything about it!! One Duval was the best meal we had all week as well!! We’ll definitely return!
