Absolutely loved the Pier House. The only private beach at the top of Duval (with it's own giant iguanas �). Guys on the beach looked after us brilliantly with beds, towels and tables and Nick and Linda did a great job with the food and cocktails..room was superb and so many towels...and a view to die for....loved it .
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pier House! Can’t beat the location and the property itself. The customer service was also very accommodating. We missed our first night due to a flight cancellation and they made sure we received a full refund with no issues. We will definitely stay here again next town we come to Key West!

Perfect location, friendly staff, great beach bar with the best key lime pińa coladas, pet friendly, wheelchair accessible, good parking. Highly recommend!
great resort, which that I had more nights available
We stayed 8 nights, our room had a harbor view with a balcony. We loved everything about the Pier House. Salina, our housekeeper was fantastic, polite and very friendly! The gentleman at the pool/beach area, Sergei, Erwin and Ivan provided friendly and speedy service! The grounds are beautiful. Our room was spectacular, clean, plenty of towels, top quality shampoo, conditioner and lotions. I thank everyone there for making our trip to Key West so amazing! We will be back!
Great stay last week at the Pier House, enjoyed beach, the Beach Bar "Hi Janine" entertainers every day "Hi Chris and Rusty and Rob" (give these guys a raise Joe D) and the Chart Room with John "Hi John" see ya all again. Great location, you can walk everywhere you want to go or ride with Louie for free "Hey Louie, pick me up"
