Beautiful hotel, great location, and quality staff
We just loved the accomodations, the beach and the sunset. I loved my bed all soft and white.
Had great drinks at the Beach Bar, and an unbelievable dinner at One Duval! Had a great server Linda, and incredible food! A memorable evening for sure.
The best in Key West! Been coming here for years and the Pier House never disappoints!
Booked my destination wedding a few months ago for 2/9/19 at the Pier House. Went to book rooms for out of town guests and no rooms are available. Been trying to reach the event coordinator several times in the past week and she will not respond?!
The worst experience and rude service. From time of booking to the time I got to the lobby and canceled my reservation it was not good! So glad I went down the street to another hotel that rolled the red carpet out for us. Asked the manager to personally call me and crickets! Don’t waste your money!
We just left spent mine and my besties birthday there. The best views, food we only stay there. Big shout out to poppy and Linda. Amazing place and staff.
