Worst case, very unfriendly staff at checkin, told me my reservation was cancelled via booking.No solition on site, told me i need to call booking what i never did before as i book app. 50 hotel per year via booking. I booked online hyatt centric which is nearby where i always stay during my vacation in key west, arrived and 10 min later i was at the pool. Pierhouse never again, i also will tell my german partners never to book at that place!
This is my favorite resort on the Gulf of Mexico in Key West! It has the very best beach and ocean swimming as well as harbor view rooms & magnificent suites. They have the best Spa on the island where you can spend a few hours rejuvenating. There are three bars & two fantastic restaurant options with top notch food from Chef Maria. The Pier House is also a great place for a Destination Wedding on the beach. Five stars and three thumbs up!� ��
The best hotel to stay in when in Key West. It has its own beautiful beach and beach bar. The staff is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and very well kept. It is also located right in the heart of everything!

Been waiting days for a manager to call us. My husband has left several messages and no response. This place has no idea what customer service is!
The over all experience was wonderful! The beach, pool and outside bar are just steps away from any room. The staff from beginning to end were friendly and courteous. The location is perfect for walking Duval, Front St and Mallory square. One Duval restaurant was fabulous and was better than any other place we dined. We can’t wait for our next visit to Key West at the Pier House. Thanks guys for such a good experience.
Beautiful resort, if you can book a room with water views. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and great food.
