RecommendedLove this place! Delightful rooms with beautiful views
We have had a lovely few days at Pier House with our young family. Beautiful setting and gorgeous hotel overall. Staff are lovely especially Oli in the beach bar. She was so kind to our daughters especially and nice to chat to. Rooms are well appointed and although small, they are spotlessly clean. The only small complaint is the air conditioning is very loud so I didn't sleep particularly well. The weather was not great but it was a good excuse to stay in the bar and eat and drink. Wonderful location great service
The Chart Room is an awesome place to relax with a cocktail
great front desk service and helpful with things to do and see in the area. relaxing atmosphere. the only down side couldn't be controlled by the hotel and that was the torrential downpours during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in key west.
We have a great time and a wonderful experience each time at the pier house. We enjoy staying there each time and we will continue to stay there every time we return to Key West Florida

We just stayed at the Pier House and it was EXCELLENT! Perfect spot for sunsets, great beach, pool, walk right into town- no need to rent a car, they have a shuttle if you want to go anywhere further. Food in the resort was good. Nice pool/beach side bar. Janine, the bartender, was great. Staff were really nice. All in all we absolutely loved our stay. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!
Missing my beautiful view from my big comfy bed! Third visit and we are never disappointed. Love the pool and beach and the location can’t be beat. Janine, Linda and the lovely gentleman who drives the shuttle always make us feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!
