Disgusting experience 6hrs my cat acute renal failure pain legs collapsed they put him in ICU never intitiated care I begged to be with him a update finally Vet said critical 5 hrs till bloodwork and heated conversation they refused to continue care discharged him called police and my cat collapsed when I got him home I called begging for help they refused till I signed a 5000 dollar to plan and they abandoned me my animal disgusting peices of shit money hungry people Left him in ICU no IV no blood work for 6 hrs!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of most horrible experiences of my life. Took my dog there because my local vet thought he had blown a disk. Sat for 3 hours in waiting room while my dog writhed in pain and was moaning and crying. Asked staff for help and was told I would need to wait my turn cause other dogs were more critical. Eventually my dog went limp from hours of excruciating pain and never recovered.

I went to the ER with my dog. Panting and just constantly walking for almost a week! I had another vet appointment the next day but was just totally distraught with my what was happening to my dog :( While I was standing outside just worrying about my dog...got a call from them, it may cost 500.00 - 800.00 before the vet sees her! Rating Zero! Have been going to this vet for over 4 years, own six havanese adults and breed. Brought in a litter today, eight weeks old, healthy and happy! I had printed out a sheet to include their individual color, sex, DOB, and names as well as demeanor and eating habits. I left the carry case at front door upon request and a tech came out and practiced social distance. CO-OWNER Tessa Olson, Whitney Phipps and Sara Lord are animal killers. They did surgery on our pet and killed a healthy dog 3 weeks after. TESSA OLSON would not support any of my concerns, would not offer any compensation for WRONFULL DEATH, and TESSA OLSON, WHITNEY PHIPPS AND SARA LORD clearly were aware that something went terribly wrong with my dog's surgery yet did nothing.
