fifty fifty I took my puppy there for the vaccinations and to be spayed. The spaying went well and she got all of her vaccinations. Their shot records were something to be desired however since I was turned down at a place to board her for not having all her shots when I knew she did since they were rough enough with her that she's so tramatized when she goes that she screams before they ever touch her I remember every appointment clearly. I insisted she did have them all so we called and they said that I missed the appointm... read more

Animals matter too!!! Treat those the same way you wish to be treated It's very sad to see these sad occurrences to those on here that are genuine animal owners and have had to experience these things. It's easy for others to react especially if you work there. Why would you agree with a bad review. It's your job to try and justify immoral care. My heart goes out to all animal lovers that have had to face such a traumatic event and my sincere thanks to someone that actually observed this behavior and sharing this to make us ... read more

Best value...Friendly Staff We have been taking our dogs here for regular yearly shots for a while now. The staff is attentive and very good w/the animals. They are much better than 2 other vets we had used in the past and far more economical. If either dog has a medical condition I use their regular vet, at the Holistic Animal Clinic.

I picked her up at approx. 3:30 pm... at 7:45 this evening I found her dead !!! when I called the after hours # provided, I was told that " it's only a cat ...get over it. It happens sometimes. " I was already upset, and this just pushed me over the edge !!! It wasn't just a cat, it was MY cat !! I cannot believe the unfeeling way I was treated !! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I give them a NEGATIVE 5 star rating..... and I'll be talking to my lawyer in the morn... read more

Great service, prices, staff We recently got a 6 month old cat, I have never had a cat before. The vet tech was wonderful gave me a lot of good information to start caring for our cat. Very good service, great prices and wonderful staff. Couple of days later went back for the cat to get neutered and he recovered beautifully. Thank you FL aid to animals for the services you provide.

care more about doing the "right thing" My sixteen year old Beagle (Petey) diagnosed with kidney failure. After all the tests and taking to a Vet for treatment the following four days for sub-Q fluid injections my beloved member of the family passed away. When I informed my Vet and asked about arrangements for cremation his charge was $208.00 for single cremation and returning his ashes to me. I called Florida Aid to Animals and they said to bring him in and you will have his ashes in a week for $20.00. When I dropped him of... read more

Do you have a license Richard S? I have had many personal experiences with this facility and it runs well because of HOW THEY RUN IT! Shame on any veterinarian that has to "bad mouth" a facilty that they were only present in for 3 days. In my professional opinion, you were only allowed to be there for 3 days due to YOUR demeanor! On another note, why would a veterinarian have to travel hundreds of miles away to find work????? HMMMM....
