This will be a long read, but I don't want this to happen to anyone elses pet. We have taken our little dog, Noel, to Crosby Veterinary Clinic her whole life. She is a 12 1/2-year-old Daschund mix, who has never known she was getting old. We've been a customer of Crosby vet for 30 years but NO MORE. This place has gone down DRASTICALLY since Dr. Wagers left. I've been increasingly disappointed in their service but today was the last straw. This was my most recent experience. I can NEVER get them to answer the phone. Finally saw someone post in a neighborhood group WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT and one commenter mentioned an app she uses.
