I love the idea of getting the pets out of the waiting area and into rooms immediately. It makes for a relaxing atmosphere to start the visit. My dog certainly appreciated it as he always starts to shake with all those other pets around. It was also nice that you pay for your visit in the same private room. No dog tugging on the leash to get the hell out of there. Staff was extremely nice and passionate for my dogs needs. Highly recommend.
I visited yesterday with my cat, Tubbs, for an unexpected urinary issue and wanted to share my positive experience. While the facility is nice and the check-in process is efficient, the staff truly makes this place special. Dr. Morton and Colie, the RVT, were incredibly kind. They answered all of my questions and explained Tubbs' care thoroughly. They treated him so well and were even helpful enough to coordinate his care around my schedule for the day. We visited Truss Veterinary Clinic on 6/1/26! This was an amazing experience! They readily and pleasantly fit us into their schedule after my vet had closed! Every one of the employees and the veterinarian were super! They welcomed us (and truly seemed genuine). They listened to our situation, examined my sweet Cavapoo as if she was their own, and made her feel comfortable with them. The exam was thorough and treatment on point! I’d go back to Truss without hesitation!! Very great and caring team.
We needed to find a vet yesterday for an anal gland abcess/rupture and Truss came highly recommended. We visited the Greensboro location. The staff, facilities, and overall care were excellent. Being in the pet industry myself I was very impressed at the attention to detail. I love the convience of being able to make an appointment ahead of time if time allows for non emergent issues. Our baby Scooter cut his leg playing in the woods behind our house pretty good. Dr. Morton and Brian were just amazing and so kind. Took good care of our Scoots. Cleaned him and stitched him up and kept me informed the whole way. Even received a personal note from them. The facility was clean and staff friendly. Definitely recommend!
