Absolute shambles of a company . I paid a deposit of £1000 for a 3 bedroom Tetbury detached house last year 2024. Camilla the site manager said there’d be nothing built infront on the roundabout.However a few weeks afterwards a massive construction went up which turned out to be a Costa, Co- op, a childrens nursery and even to this day there’s still building works going on !! Don’t buy house from this company Nothing but problems Estate is seven years old and it’s still not finished and now they say it’s not there problem.
Anyone buying a Pickstock home please try and find out what other people are paying for the same type of house as yours l have found out l paid over £6000 more than my semi detached neighbour l moved in a week before they did.By the way it has nothing to do with extras because we both paid for those separate to property prices
We recently purchaes a new build from pickstock homes in Apley telford and we must say the house is top spec sales team are on top form and helped us all the way proffesional hand over and walk around.thank you pickstock for making our move easy.
