Started at Physique just over 12 months ago & can honestly say it’s changed my life. Everyone is soo supportive & helpful. The atmosphere is such a friendly environment, something I’ve never experienced before in any gym. 100% recommend over any other gym in the local area

Really versatile gym which is friendly and has all the equipment needed for mixed training.
Fantastic gym, great staff. Free weights room, boxing gym, exercise/yoga space and resistance machines, along with all the cardio stuff you need. One of the best gyms I've ever visited.
