Luke’s knowledge is immediately obvious and impressive. From diet and nutrition, to training and physiology, he covers it all. He identified the source of my back issues at our first session and after being treated by him I was pain free the following day for the first time in a long time. I started training with Luke in November after having ACL reconstruction and both medial and lateral meniscus repair in my right knee after a netball injury.
