Visiting the area for a week so found this gem of a gym to continue my training Found everything I needed to carry on with my workouts at this well equipped facility Cardio, free weights, and resistance machines all on point. A well thought out selection. And in the hot weather, the outdoor training area was bliss Friendly trainer behind the desk was welcoming, and the regular members were also welcoming Would recommend. Rated highly! On day 2/7 of a trip over from London. Paid for a weekly pass - v easy code check in. Gym equipment is top notch. Have at least 3 variations of any exercise and there’s plenty of free weights too. Upstairs is great for cardio. Outside is great for HIIT. Showers are great. Will defo recommend and be coming back - thanks and kudos to whoever owns this mini iron paradise.
Just on holiday locally for a few days and bought a weeks pass to Physique Factory Gym. Its rare to find a gym like with a main focus on resistance work downstairs and great cardio options upstairs and overall with such great equipment … and open 24/7. Fantastic gym and so easy to pay for the pass online and use the code to gain entry to the gym. Will be visiting again when i’m next on holiday in this area!! Ps the choice of bumpers or old school iron is amazing … there is nothing like the sound of 45s clinking
