This is a great gym with a relaxed atmosphere and impressive setup. For a monthly fee you can go as many times as you like, including seven workout/bootcamp sessions per week (two for ladies). The gym is easily accessible with plentiful free car parking spaces. Stuart (the owner/manager) is very friendly, encouraging and extremely helpful whatever your ability.

Friendly and well equipped gym with a useful walk in option.
Fantastic gym, I have PT sessions with Stuart and have being going for 3 years. Everyone is friendly I really look forward to my sessions, Stuart works you hard but he also knows your limits and is very knowledgeable.
