I’m very disappointed with how a receptionist at this clinic treated me over the phone. I called to arrange an appointment with my doctor to review my test results. She said I needed to come in person, so I explained that I’m only available on Saturdays and asked whether she could book a Saturday appointment. She responded in a rude, impatient tone, then abruptly told me to wait and put me on hold. Dr. Okafor is truly an exceptional doctor. He is kind, considerate, gentle, and very thorough in his examinations. He never makes you feel rushed and genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions.
