Great service from both the staff and special the doctor . Highly recommend
The doctor is very good, but the appointment booking system is disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I still had to wait well past my appointment time before being seen. It seems there's little benefit to booking ahead, as walking in would likely result in the same experience.
They don't give you your prescription. It is sent to the pharmacy there and they charge ridiculous price for the medicine and dispensary fee.
I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Okafor and his clinic. He is truly one of the best family doctors in Canada. Unlike many doctors who seem rushed, Mr. Okafor never makes you feel like he is watching the clock. He listens carefully to every concern with patience, respect, and genuine compassion. He always takes the time to explain things properly and works hard to find the best possible solution for his patients. Having a doctor like him is truly a blessing. Dr. Okafor at the Phoenix Rise Medical Clinic was great. Super easy to talk to, very thorough, and really took the time to listen and explain things clearly. The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly as well. Overall, really good experience, I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care.
