There were two nurses, one was younger than the other. The older nurse put an iv in my arm with no gloves and did not wash her hands. When the vain wasn’t giving blood she went to the other arm put on gloves and ripped off the finger part to where she was sticking in the needle. Again never washed her hands. I was not happy with that and I feel as though all nurses should wash their hands all the time when dealing with needles. She wasn’t even my assigned nurse so I’m not sure why she interjected herself in my room.
Our 11 year old has a horrible case of hives that came Out of no where.3 hospitals this is the facility that truly helped us. No other hospital did tests or blood work just looked at her gave her medicine and that was it. THIS is a GREAT facility and the nurses were kind and compassionate. Myself and my husband were so pleased with Phx ER. Go here in case of emergency
I walked in at 8:30 am and was out by 9:20 am. The staff was so kind and provided me great care and compassion. I highly recommend!
Very FAST, clean, and staffed with some amazing helpful people who seem to enjoy their jobs!
