I have had the pleasure of hiring Chef Philippe for several high profile wine-tasting events. He has always impressed, consistently wowing diners with his innovative menus that have paired exceptionally well with the wine list. Most impressively, kitchen spaces have often been limited in their equipment and space. Philippe always makes his service look and feel effortless.
Chef Phillippe Roth provided an experience that was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked into our apartment, we were greeted by the most incredible aromas, instantly setting the stage for the evening. Philippe was and continues to be a pleasure to work with; he is a true professional. His food is absolutely delicious, with fab attention to detail, and he carries a great team with him to ensure the night runs smoothly. I could not recommend him enough. I would give him ten stars!
I asked Philippe to take care of a small, intimate private dinner for five people in my home and gave him a narrow set of dietary requirements. Without any fuss and in the most unassuming way Philippe delivered. The starters mains and desert were delicious and decadent. My guess were super happy. And I would highly recommend Philippe
I hired Philippe to cater for a party for fifty people. He did a fantastic job! Practically every one of the guests complimented me on the food, using expressions like «the best ever»; on the courteous, helpful and charming staff; and on the success of the whole event.
