I really have nothing but great things to say about the service and customer care experience received from Abby with my partners Engagment ring. Made a difficult choice and experience for me Stress free and lovely. Why i had to buy her a bottle of bubbly! Thankfully she said said yes and loves the ring! We saw a stunning emerald ring online, chatted to Abby on the phone about it, reserved it and travelled for almost three hours to see it. We met Phil and he was, like Abby, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The ring was resized and delivered within three days. We cannot speak highly enough of the exquisite rings that this company designs and makes, along with the quite exceptional customer service. Five stars are simply insufficient…. we will be back!
