I had to repair a wall to the side of my property, he came and gave myself a written quotation which I was happy with. On the quote it said to render the wall on the opposite side to my property, I told him that I did want this as it didn’t benefit me at all and he said he would knock me some money off for labour and materials. He also said he was going to repair the wall to the corner of my neighbour’s property but changed his mind and did not communicate this to myself. This was also a miscommunication over a skip size. Phil has just completed a single storey extension for us and I would not hesitate to recommend him. His work is of the highest quality,he has matched the brickwork perfectly and has laid a block driveway to the front of the property that has far exceeded our expectations. He clearly takes great pride in his work..and it shows. Having recently moved to Derbyshire we were apprehensive about using a builder unknown to us but we are more than pleased,thankfully.A true craftsman.
