When they don’t ask how your stay was, it’s a sure sign that they get a lot of “well not great” responses. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to shower when I got home. Dirty, dirty and yes hello mold in the shower and not clear water...My only positive experience was the awesome band that played on bourbon street last night. I won’t be back to stay, eat or even go for drinks. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before even booking.
Rooms outdated which makes one feel they are dirty. Phone didn’t work in room. Toilet seat broke. Bug in the bed. Hallways dingy and dirty. No elevators with all the luggage. Brunch staff not very accommodating to our group. When we checked out I told the person at the front desk. Didn’t seem to be surprised. Our group ordered pizza not the greatest and very expensive.

I had my 50th birthday party at Pheasant Run and it was a blast! Debbie Fields did a great job working with me and my budget making this one of the best parties I have ever put on. My guests are still calling me and telling me what a great time they had. Steve Meggos and his team were fantastic and Chef Tiffany's food was delicious! Al Moore provided us with a sound system that all we had to do was plug in our laptop for music. Outstanding! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and fun! We especially enjoyed Nancy and her sense of humor/hospitality in the lounge! Thank you!
stayed on the 10th floor in the tower. room was clean n fresh...we had the Zanies package and was great....had a blast....also did the escape room breakfast buffet and dinner at harvest. would do all of them again with the exception of dinner....a little pricy on drinks and strange menu. but all n all we enjoyed our time very much...all the staff at everything we did was amazing and welcoming friendly.
We didn't have a real bad experience but there was a bulldog convention going on at the same time and the dig in the room next to us literally barked all night. I definitely didn't get a good nights sleep. My suggestion would be to put them on their own floors or sections without other guests around. A few other little things but nothing too bad. We were here for a convention and I have to say the food we are for 3 different meals was outstanding!!!
I was very disappointed. I stay in the golf wing at this hotel. It smelled of mildew in the room. Dirty carpet , hole in the wall from where some kind of outlet was. Tube tv that barely worked. When I checked in the front desk lady looked barely presentable with hair in her face, another grounds person digging through trash sorting cans or whatever with no gloves on. I would not stay here again. Only good thing about this hotel was the restaurant, Jambalaya. Good food and nice waitress.
