Overall we have had a great stay our toilet has messed up our air conditioner stopped working we got locked out cuz the key reader battery died and the emergency card wouldn’t even work BUT they fixed it all and came promptly mark the maintance man is so professional and apologetic and the staff here have all been amazing! Very happy with our stay here, more people need to realize they can’t help when stuff breaks as long as they fix it... who cares!
Fun time!! But looks like it’s becoming more of a kids place. Theater needs to be updated!! But, we had a good time!
I really wanted to give 0 stars! Myself, husband and kids stayed here for our sons Gymnastics Meet just so we didn’t have to wake up super early and drive to the meet. So disappointed! The rooms are dated and the mattresses were lumpy, and had that dip in the middle. We ate at the Bourbon Street restaurant only cause it was kids eat free. Food was just okay but the thing I disliked the most was the creepy balloon/magician guy who told my kids to “put down the tablet and pay attention!” Was really overly aggressive about his ... read more
Was there for a gymnastics meet. The bleachers are dangerous, no walking strips next to handrails. Terrible!!!
Always have a great time with the overnight stay/ zainies package! We got the dinner and brunch as well and it was delicious.
Parking is terrible. You either sweat to death or freeze to death. The only good thing to say is it was clean!
Went for a convention. Room was bad! Ripped towel, dirty bathroom wallpaper, messed up paint on walls near bed, no clock, tube tv that was staticy, no complimentary water, clock on microwave was not correct, pizza from the bar was not as good as we hoped, no phonebook in room, shower head was dirty, water was still coming out of bottom even when button was pulled up for shower, hallway down the Golf Wing was marked up and scratched and carpet was dirty.
