Great staff, very friendly. Loved the indoor outdoor pool and then the separate indoor pool and the spa! Great golf course and bar as well. The mega Center was hopping with an event, they have great spaces for meetings, weddings and other special events as well. I especially liked their focus on health with the farm to table Resteraunt and healthy vending machines.

I'd like to say that our stay was great since we have gone to this venue a number of times and always had a nice time! However, this time we went for our anniversary and our room was terrible...no door on the closet so no long mirror, toothpaste stuck to the vanity, and rusty gross tub! Plus they closed the pool and did not contact us to notify us at all before our stay. The staff is fantastic. They are very polite. My children absolutely love going there to swim, play in the game room, and do a lot of the other activities the hotel provides for children. There is plenty to do for the adults as well. Theater, comedy club, food, drinks, etc.

We have been going to Pheasant Run for years Labor Day Weekend! We also go for other occasions! This by far has been the nicest weekend celebrating my husbands birthday! For starters the gentleman at front desk that checked us in was very nice and upgraded us to a Penthouse Suite! Don't want anything less now! The day of checkout asked the front desk for late checkout due to my husband golfing one last time as we had the Golf Madness package and they accommodated me for late checkout. Thanks again Pheasant Run!

I've been coming here since I was a baby and my dad use to come when he was a child so it hold a very special place in my heart. I live less than an hour away but I look forward to long weekends here. The summer pool parties are fun and the dj is a sweetie. However I think they need to bring back the 2nd outdoor pool, the indoor pool needs to be redone (put in it's own location so it isn't so cold), and better food options. I was there for the bridal expo and the area to walk thru was very very cramped !! The actual part I was there was for the dresses ! AND NO WIFI !!! If you had a room there I guess yes but I did not have a room !!! NO SERVICE NO WIFI !!

Attended Pheasant Run's Solar Eclipse Party. Their hospitality and service was excellent!! Very attentive and welcoming staff who were able to handle a larger than expected crowd with grace.

Le lobey laisse croire à des chambres luxueuses mais en réalité c'est désuet. Il y a des bouts de portes qui manque, le tapis à l'aire sale... et pour le prix payé je ne m'attendais pas à avoir une porte qui donne sur une autre chambre dans ma chambre! En plus, il n'y a pas de lieux pour faire le lavage... J'arrive d'un autre lieux et j'ai besoin de faire du lavage!!! Le comble l'air climatisé fait un bruit d'enfer comment dormir avec un moteur que tu as l'impression qui va sauter!!

Pheasant Run is great, the GM is doing awesome work to bring it up and make people happy, he truly wants everyone to enjoy their time there. I enjoyed my time there at the "solar eclipse party".
