It was a very good time. The staff was very friendly. the food was good. Every one was Having a good time
This hotel has the potential to be something incredible. I wish they would spend the money to renovate and upgrade. The entertainment, dining, pools, and activities are amazing! The hotel itself (hallways, rooms, etc.) is in desperate need of repairs and updates. The entire place smells musty, like an old lady's living room.. the rooms are super old, everything is stained, broken, outdated.. other than the sleeping accommodations, the place is wonderful.
Staff was great, food was ok,grounds were awsome.wonder full time at the car show, will definitely do this again.
Been there for some collectible and antique show but never stayed overnight. First time. The room was okay, I was surprised by the cost of an overnight stay. Went to a concert at the nearby Arcada theater. When we returned surprised there were no vending machines selling pop or a small coffee bar. It was nice but for the price I probably will find somewhere else. The $64.15 tax recovery fee and services plus a $15.00 resort fee is almost $80.00 on top of the room fee. That's a little too pricey. But it was a gift, and overal... read more
fix the piano in the library....2nd year here and it still has sticky keys.....other than that I couldn't ask for a cooler spot!
BEAUTIFUL!! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING & I WAS AMAZED WITH EVER ASPECT OF THA RESORT!!
The rooms are severely outdated and in need of a renovation. I was very disappointed at the pre historic TV's with very limited channels and remotes that didn't work. The nicest thing about the resort is the outdoor amenities. I was here for a convention. If I had a choice I would've stayed across the street at the Hilton.
My family enjoyed our stay. The rooms are old and outdated but we really did nothing but sleep, shower and get dressed in the room. The pools are great. The pool dj on the weekend was awesome... had a blast. We liked how late the pools stayed open and took some time to enjoy the fire pit. Definitely a family hotel. Don't think i would come without my kids. Housekeeping never brought towels after we requested and didn't clean our room while we were out for the day. We had to call them to come clean the room. A few minor issue... read more
We were at the outside pool with our family that were spending the night.Pool area was clean and kept that way even though their were probably around 200 people in that area. Staff was great and accommodating. The DJ did a super super job keeping everyone entertained!
