Fun for the kids. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in time. It was almost 6pm before we got our room keys. We were only staying one night and it would have been nice to settle in instead of hauling all our stuff around.
I came with my children, 20 yrs ago, and had a great time, and I was here yesterday and still experienced lots of fun. BUT, I do think the ice cream shop needs to be open more than one hour, and there should more activities than there were on Wednesday. The popcorn machine needed to be popping corn and the IPanic room needed to be running. The facility was clean but I do agree that more staff needs to onsite- especially in the one restaurant that was operating last night.
Nightmare. Whoever ran the front desk tonight was a first class A hole. Cancelled on the spot. Took my $500 and family to a new resort
We just left after waiting 2.5 hours for our room which is still not ready! Check in was at 4:00pm. There was a long line and it seemed overcrowded with short staff! They were even willing to give me my room which hadn't even been clean yet!!! I had an 8 month baby that needed to be put down for a nap, my oldest son that wanted to swim and take part in all the activities. What a joke!! Understaffed and ill-prepared for their, "Spring break" event. Most restaurants were closed, tables and floors needed to be cleaned and there was a french fry under a bed in our room.
