Great place to get away from it all. .
Really loved every stay we had here. Staff is very nice, and site is clean. It's easy to get to alot of stores and restaurants too. Restaurants and cafe on site is also good.
Improve rooms that are not part of tower or significantly reduce their prices. Smelly, noisy, and too expensive fro the price.
we enjoy our anniversary weekend here every year. we recommend the tower rooms. great views. historic hotel and things are dated but overall a great resort. very quiet rooms. deli great. indoor/outdoor pool great. bourbon street fun and entertaining. zanies awesome. all enclosed. staff very accomodating and friendly. Love seeing some of the same faces every year we go. It’s not very clean and it’s loud doors slamming all night very expensive dining and has rude people working for them I’ll never go back
Great place for a horror con
very nice place to visit. l went to a convention there.
Horrible...do not reccomend. Had a mold and musty smell through out, bed was extremely lumpy and there was mold in the corner of the ceiling above the bed. It might have been a great place in the 60's, but not now...would not help with refund either...
