This place is dated, and in need of a makeover. I had high hopes, and was extremely disappointed.
It was great. Our server Donna was exceptional
Stayed at the hotel Oct. 4, 2019. Stayed in a whirlpool suite. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were chips and food particles on the floor. Multiple stains on the floor as well. There was no comforter on the bed, just sheets. There was no mattress pad on the bed. The room and whole hotel had an unpleasant smell about it. The room and hotel are very outdated and shabby. 2 jets on the whirlpool did not work. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend
Half of the tv channels don’t work. Says no signal. The dealbreaker is ENTIRE tower has NO hot water. ThIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! The staff offered a mediocre discount. My partner wanted a full refund, however, we regrettably accepted half off. Won’t be back here again.
Recently went to book several days. Went to review room. It was smelly, and I kept. Very disappointed
Absolutely great food. Highly respectable service from when you 1st walk in to when you walk out. A+.
