The hotel was so hot in some areas and I woke up with possible bed bug or spider bites. Told front desk and immediately was only told that their head housekeeper is an expert and will get on that.......Bourbon street was lovely but I wish I stayed at the hotel across the street. Also the tv did not turn on at all. My family’s other room found food left in the mini fridge. Great spot for a family weekend to use a pool on the colder months.
just had my wedding here. was so stress free for me. everything went smoothly and the staff was great

Dirty, trashy, classless and seriously overpriced for Breakfast with Santa. Nice decor and my granddaughter loved Santa.. unfortunately...carpet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. People dressed like unbathed slobs. The game room smells like pee/puke. I was questioned 3 times if I had a reservation while eating breakfast...Hmmm, yes although I’m now wondering why after seeing this train wreck of a so called “ resort” I can’t believe families actually spend the night at this dump...if you want a similar exp... read more
we went there for breakfast with santa and I highly recommend it. service was great, food was great, lots of variety, and santa was awesome. my grandson and I had fun doing a ginger bread house for an extra 10 but so worth it. i was in a wheel chair and they were so accommodating. just a wonderful activity
Had a horrible experience. Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Talked to the front desk and was told there was nothing they would do. Disappointing customer service.
great place to take the kids. huge resort..lots of fun!!
Pam is a great bartender but this is her last day. Place is closing down and the future is not certain for redevrlopment.
