These guys shat on my whole weekend. We booked a 2floor suite but were down graded to a tiny room only because we were attending a music event. They clearly treat some ppl more favorably than others. The water smells like poop and our toilet broke so the water kept running all night and made my room stink so much I couldn't sleep. We called the front desk to ask for someone to fix it. Some dude came in, took a look, lit a cigarette, said he couldn't fix it, and left... To top it all off, they charged me for the 2floor suite ... read more

Here for a karate tournament and I wish I would of stayed at another hotel. Prices for the rooms are outrageous. Carpets are nasty the old TV's don't work half the time. Then my kids had to take there wristbands for the pool off for there competition. We went to get new ones and were told we had to pay 30 more dollars for new ones because we didn't bring the old ones back.
